For this art piece, I have drawn Le Château Frontenac, a national historic hotel in Canada. To create this, all I used was a pencil, pencil crayon and fine tip pen. I decided to use many different shades of blue for the sky and water and then I blended it in for a varied effect. For the actual building itself, I coloured the black in lightly then added some red for colour. This is Le Château Frontenac in the evening since you can see the moon, but the sky is not completely dark. I chose to draw this since I was mesmerised from the beauty of this outstanding construction and I felt the urge to recreate it in my style. I found it perfect. I hope I have persuaded you to go to awe-inspiring Quebec City through my postcard!!!!!
